Chris Schlereth
Owner/CoachCoach Chris has over 15 years of experience in helping people reach fitness and rehabilitation related goals. He worked for 10 years at a physical therapy clinic instructing and supervising patient exercise programs and has been at Panthro for the last 5 years assisting others in reaching their fitness goals. His own journey includes rehab from multiple injuries, and a weight loss of over 120 pounds. Walking through these difficult circumstances informs the way he relates to and motivates clients. He is a certified personal trainer and continues to further his education every day.
Sydney Dixon
CoachCoach Sydney has been at Panthro Fitness since early 2023. She has a true passion for fitness, healthy living through nutrition, and helping others to achieve their goals. Sydney participates in a wide variety of fitness related endeavors, including boxing, running, hiking, weightlifting, and versaclimbing. She first started weight training over a decade ago and has been passionate about it ever since! Come try one her classes and you will be encouraged and challenged to push yourself to your very best!
